Global e-commerce has grown steadily over the past years. The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed the sector even more, triggering changes in consumer behaviour and leading to staggering records in sales. Big companies (market places) such as Amazon, Alibaba, and Walmart have monopolised online shopping and increased consumers’ expectations.
